1. Products & Services

AK Shower Enclosures provides shower partitions, shower enclosures, toughened glass solutions, glass doors, hardware fittings, installation and related services.

Product designs, glass types, hardware, finishes and specifications may vary depending on the customer's requirements and site conditions.

2. Enquiry & Quotation

All enquiries submitted through our website, advertisements, WhatsApp, phone calls or other channels are subject to confirmation by our team.

Any price displayed on an advertisement or website is subject to the stated specifications, size, design, site conditions and applicable terms.

A quotation provided by AK Shower Enclosures may be revised if the customer changes the design, measurements, materials or requirements.

3. Measurements & Site Conditions

Final measurements may be taken by our team before manufacturing or installation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible and reasonably ready for the work.

Any additional work required due to site conditions, civil work, tile work, plumbing changes or structural modifications may be charged separately where applicable.

4. Bathroom Readiness

For shower partition installation, the bathroom should generally have the required tile and related work completed before final installation.

If the site is not ready, installation may need to be rescheduled.

Any additional visit or installation-related cost resulting from an unprepared site may be applicable as agreed with the customer.

5. Glass & Hardware

Glass thickness, type, colour, finish and hardware will be as specified in the approved quotation.

Toughened glass is a safety glass, but like all glass products, it can break under certain circumstances. Customers should avoid impact, improper use and unauthorized modifications.

Hardware finish and appearance may vary slightly depending on the selected product and manufacturer.

6. Installation

Installation will be carried out according to the approved design, measurements and site conditions.

The customer should provide reasonable access to the installation area.

Installation timelines may vary depending on measurements, manufacturing, material availability, site readiness and other practical circumstances.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation or order confirmation.

The customer agrees to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Manufacturing or installation may be scheduled only after the required advance payment has been received.

8. Changes & Cancellation

Changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges or changes to the delivery or installation timeline.

Cancellation terms, if applicable, will depend on the stage of manufacturing, material procurement and work completed.

Custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund after manufacturing has started, subject to the agreed quotation and applicable law.

9. Warranty

Any warranty provided will be applicable according to the specific product, quotation, warranty card and manufacturer's terms.

Warranty generally does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, negligence, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused after installation by external factors.

Customers should retain the invoice and warranty documentation where applicable.

10. Offer & Promotional Pricing

Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated in the respective advertisement or quotation.

Offers may have specific validity dates, product specifications, size limitations or other conditions.

Promotional prices cannot automatically be combined with other offers unless specifically confirmed by AK Shower Enclosures.

11. Images & Designs

Product photographs, catalogue images and promotional images are for reference purposes.

The final appearance may vary depending on glass, hardware, lighting, dimensions, finish and site conditions.

12. Customer Information
